Product verification upon receipt
Upon receipt of the goods at the pick-up point or from the courier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the goods before signing the shipping documents.
The procedure for fixing damages
In case of damage to the packaging or goods that occurred during transportation, the Buyer is obliged to:
- Make a note of the detected damage in the shipping documents;
- To receive confirmation from the representative of the delivery service about the recorded damage;
- Send a written request to the email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru with a description of the circumstances and nature of the damage.
Guarantees
The Company undertakes to:
- Consider the application within the time limit prescribed by law;
- Take measures to resolve the situation;
- Provide a written response based on the results of consideration of the appeal.
Important note
The absence of a damage mark in shipping documents upon receipt of the goods may complicate the subsequent settlement of claims regarding the quality of packaging and the condition of the goods.
