The procedure for the return and exchange of goods General provisions

In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchased product and demand its return or exchange.

Terms of return of goods

The return of the product is subject to the following conditions:
  • The product was not in use;
  • The consumer properties of the product are preserved;
  • Seals, factory labels and labels are preserved;
  • The product was purchased through the official Dunin-Barkovsky website, no more than 7 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the product.

Refund procedure

To make a refund, you must:
  1. Contact customer support at the email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru;
  2. Provide an electronic receipt;
  3. Fill out an application for the return of the established sample;
  4. To pack the goods while preserving the original packaging and all labels;
  5. To send the goods by courier to the address: 197350, St. Petersburg, Glukharskaya str., 26, station 1, block 148.

Terms and procedure of refund processing

  • The deadline for consideration of the return request is 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods at the warehouse;
  • The refund is made to the bank card from which the order was paid;
  • The deadline for crediting funds is determined in accordance with the terms of the Issuing Bank;
  • The cost of delivering the goods to the warehouse is borne by the Buyer;
  • The order of exchange of goods.

The exchange of goods is carried out by:
  • Processing the return of goods in accordance with the established procedure;
  • Payment for a new product via the official Dunin-Barkovsky website Guarantees.

The Company undertakes to ensure:
  • Prompt review of the refund application;
  • Compliance with the established deadlines for refund processing;
  • Refund of funds in full, subject to all conditions of return.
Procedure for detecting damage to goods during delivery

Product verification upon receipt

Upon receipt of the goods at the pick-up point or from the courier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the goods before signing the shipping documents.

The procedure for fixing damages

In case of damage to the packaging or goods that occurred during transportation, the Buyer is obliged to:
  1. Make a note of the detected damage in the shipping documents;
  2. To receive confirmation from the representative of the delivery service about the recorded damage;
  3. Send a written request to the email address support@dunin-barkovsky.ru with a description of the circumstances and nature of the damage.

Guarantees

The Company undertakes to:
  • Consider the application within the time limit prescribed by law;
  • Take measures to resolve the situation;
  • Provide a written response based on the results of consideration of the appeal.
Important note

The absence of a damage mark in shipping documents upon receipt of the goods may complicate the subsequent settlement of claims regarding the quality of packaging and the condition of the goods.
