We will send a new product or refund the money if:
the product was not used

Transportation costs to the warehouse are paid by the buyer.

When paying on the website, the money will be returned to the card from which the payment was made within 2 weeks after receiving and checking the goods. You need to inform us about the change of details additionally.
*Is it possible to return the product if the packaging was damaged during delivery?

We recommend checking the product for damage to the packaging upon receipt at the pick-up point or upon delivery of the order by courier.
