1. General provisions
This Regulation defines the procedure for processing personal data of candidates (hereinafter referred to as PD) by individual entrepreneur Dunin-Barkovsky D.D. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) and affiliated persons in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ and other regulatory legal acts.
2. Personal Data Operator
The operator of the candidates' personal data is an individual entrepreneur Dunin-Barkovsky D.D., registered at the address: 197350, Saint Petersburg, Glukharskaya Street, 26, building 1, apartment 148. Additional information about the Operator is provided upon request of the candidate.
3. Purposes of personal data processing
PD processing is carried out for the purposes of:
- discussing employment prospects;
- considering candidates;
- checking professional skills;
- and making a decision about employment.
4. Categories of personal data processed
The operator processes the following categories
- of personal data: general personal data (full name, date and place of birth, address, citizenship);
- passport data;

- information about education and work experience;

- test results;
- other information contained in the summary.

The operator performs the following operations with PD:
- collection;
- Recording;
- systematization;
- Accumulation;
- Storage;
- Refinement;
- Extraction;
- Use;
- Transfer;
- depersonalization;
- Blocking;
- Deletion;
- Destruction.
6. Terms of personal data storage
PD is stored until the purposes of processing specified in this Regulation are achieved. If there is consent to inform about vacancies - during the period of validity of the consent.
7. Rights of personal data subjects
The PD subject has the right to:
- to access personal data;
- to clarify;
- it to delete;
- it to block it.
8. Transfer of personal data
PD is transmitted to:
- Operator's affiliates;
- partners for data verification;
- providers of personnel management systems;
- and testing platforms;
- to other persons for the established purposes.
PD is transferred outside the Russian Federation only to the countries where the Operator's affiliated companies are located.
9. Security measures
The operator provides PD protection by:
- identifying security threats;
- applying organizational and technical protection measures;
- evaluating the effectiveness of security measures;
- controlling access to data;
- registering actions with PD;
- and restoring data in case of unauthorized access.

11. Withdrawal of consent
